(HES) is a 29 year old consulting engineering and nondestructive testing firm providing a broad spectrum of services to the electric power industry in the field of condensers, balance of plant heat exchangers, and their associated systems.  The company was founded by Robert J. Bell, President, Director of Engineering and Level III ET.
